Emerging from the vibrant 70’s, Hot Leathers was nurtured within the bustling state fair circuit. Our humble beginnings were as a dedicated road crew, setting up shop across the vast landscape of America. Our founder, Jerry Berkowitz, visualized transforming his modest helium balloon business into something that echoed his personal passions. Jerry’s affinity for motorcycles blossomed with his ‘69 Honda 175, which he proudly rode during his high school years. His love for the lifestyle deepened when he and his friends began exchanging motorcycles for weekend adventures, leading him to his first raked and stretched chopper. Captivated by the American v-twin culture, Jerry was inspired to curate his business around the desires of his friends, fellow motorcycle enthusiasts, and, of course, his own.
Now, he’s living his dream with his steadfast friends, a tight-knit group of career-long workers who’ve been at the heart of Hot Leathers since its inception. Alongside them, over 100 individuals have joined our mission to provide the finest motorcycle apparel at an honest price. Our combined effort has resulted in a multifaceted business that encompasses an expansive online store, four physical locations, and a roaring wholesale business that caters to dealers across six continents.
Our five 18-wheelers traverse the country, gracing 30 motorcycle rallies each year. At the throttle, we’ve got it wide open and we’re relishing every moment of this thrilling journey. Thank you for fueling our ride.
