The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 showcased a significant push towards electric vehicles and sustainable mobility solutions, unveiling 34 new products from various vehicle exhibitors. The event, held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, featured major automakers debuting new electric models, including SUVs, scooters, and motorcycles, as well as advancements in flex-fuel technology.
Maruti Suzuki introduced its first electric SUV, the e VITARA, with advanced features like Level 2 ADAS and Suzuki Connect. Suzuki Motorcycle India unveiled three innovative products, including the e-ACCESS electric scooter, the all-new Access 125, and the GIXXER SF 250 Flex Fuel, India’s first E85-compliant sports bike.
Hero MotoCorp expanded its portfolio with the Xtreme 250R and Xpulse 210 motorcycles, along with new scooter models like the Xoom 125 and Xoom 160. The company also introduced the ethanol-based Hero HF Deluxe and the VIDA V2 e-scooter.
Škoda Auto India showcased eight models, including the Škoda Kylaq, Škoda Kushaq Monte Carlo, and the Škoda Vision 7S. Hyundai Motor India launched the Hyundai CRETA Electric, while MG Motors introduced the MG Cyberster and MG M9 under its luxury brand channel, MG Select.
Tata Motors unveiled the All-New Tata Sierra, VE Commercial Vehicles entered the Small Commercial Vehicle segment with the Eicher Pro X Range, and Kia India showcased the new Kia EV6 with advanced driver-assistance features.
Greaves Cotton Limited introduced premium variants of the Ampere Nexus and unveiled the ‘Xyber’ e-motorcycle. Luxury automakers also made significant unveilings, with Porsche India introducing the all-new Macan SUV and the updated Taycan sports saloon. Mercedes-Benz launched the EQS Maybach SUV 680 ‘Night Series’ and the Maybach GLS 600, while BMW India unveiled the BMW X1 Long Wheelbase All Electric.
The expo highlighted the industry’s shift towards electric mobility and sustainable transportation solutions, emphasizing innovation and meeting market demands. The diverse range of new vehicles and technologies showcased at the expo signifies a commitment to driving the automotive industry forward.
